Just about as I got back home and had something to eat in hand ready to take a bite the sale drops. Talk about timing.
Which also means I’m having slight issues getting my head together as I’ve been travelling all day. Sorry about that. I will try my best to not miss anything but keep it (relatively) short and sweet.

Whilst this month is all about the GenCon-goodies for the rest of us who couldn’t head out to the con, there is one big announcement coming along with the update/sale as well I would like to get out of the way before I look at the plastic releases:
The Core game is back in stock!
If you have been waiting for the chance to get into the physical game proper – here it is!

As for the other releases -they are as first seen at the convention and you can head over to my Gencon 2025 play-by-play post for a first look at the content present in most of these boxes.
Survivors of Death 2 and Legendary Character – Snow the Savior are the 2 big boxes released this year, in price only second to the Flower Knight Bust.
We also saw the release of 2 new Indomitable Survivors – 1 for the King: Oblouk Shield Arco – and 1 for Spidicules: Toxicimitar Badar.
Finishing up the gameplay expansions is Pillar Survivor Fade – a reimplementation of the classic mini and their game content. Curiously enough, it would seem Pillar Survivor Percival – who was present at the Con – is not in this batch of releases.
Edit: Percival is a part of the currently still ongoing pre-orders, so there is that to take into consideration as well.

As for Beta and Collector’s Edition content Investment Sniper – Punctual Bride, Questing Erza and both a smol and Painter’s Scale version of Sci-Fi Percival are available for purchase, though I don’t expect these to last long.

In the realm of accessories we got the Black and Red Dice, the Ivory Dragon T-Shirt and 3 new art prints (Phoenix-influenced Flower Knight, the Gatherism cover art and Sci-Fi Percival).

And finally, last but definitely not least – the Kingdom Death Comic “Phobia (The Hunt)” is available for purchase as well. Started as a fan-project, it caught Adam’s eye and a new collaboration was quickly established. Awesome!

You might now be wondering whether or not you should get any of these boxes.
And I will simply stick to my most unhelpful, but sincere stance of get what looks cool to you!
For what it’s worth, it should be kept in mind that the Survivors of Death (SoD) line of products works best with the Gambler’s Chest Expansion (GCE) and its various systems, and Snow is a prime candidate for a core-update.
I can also tell you what I will pick up – SoD2 is already in my shopping cart as well as Fade. Those 2 interest me greatly right about now and I will act on that impulse.
I will also pick up both the Indomitable survivors at a later date as well the Black and Red Dice (if possible). The latter mostly because its an HQ-only item and I am in Europe.

Edit: I had to take a quick break – and, yes, I did just order those 2 items.
You caught me red-handed.

As for the update – before I get to the most important bit, I will just mention that this update is mainly a celebration of GenCon and the fans that showed up and not only brought their A-game to the painting competitions but also cosplayed, talked lore with Adam and played the game at one of the four event/demo-tables over the course of those 4 days. Give the update a read – its great! It’s about the community!

But the big one – the one thing we all have been waiting for with baited breath: info about the shipping process!
Whilst world-wide shipping of the Witches and Wanderers is ongoing, the UK and EU have been lagging behind quite a bit, but turns out its port-related issues! Yay!
As per Adam, the EU deliveries should be picking up speed from next week onwards however (and at least going by the discord, it would seem EU peeps are getting tracking numbers now) so there is hope for us.

And there you have it.
I am a little disappointed we didn’t even get a mention of the EoD-painting contest, but that probably only suggests that they have not had a chance to tally up the votes and/or sort out the winners. I guess we’ll know more on that front by Black Friday at the very lastest.
But I am a German and thus I will always have my gripes with anything.

As always, thank you for your time, the Feline Entity craves attention after a week of my absence.
Amathul
